BROWNIES… .

Chocolate flavored squares which are my favorite giveaways for friends during the christmas season. It’s been more than 25 years since I started making this special recipe for my family here in Italy, the christmas season is not complete without it! I have too many things to do lately and even the word busy is not adequate enough to describe how busy I am. Maybe. I am just interested to do so many things…. I’ved always thought that a lifetime is not enough to savor all the good things this world has to offer. It’s incredible how I cannot afford to throw away even a single second of what life has offered me or even barter that second, the minute, the hour, or whatever time i’ve spent living in this world. Each second have brought me something positive, something to help me open my eyes to another aspect of life. After all these years, I have found the answer to my question…Every step I made was out of curiosity, out of love, hope and belief that each of us are special gifts. Life, I believe, is priceless and we must share the best part of it to others and be humble enough to admit that we can improve ourselves, enrich our lives through others. I wish everyone PEACE, LOVE, JOY AND PROSPERITY for the coming year and may this yuletide season prepare everyone to receive the special gift of WISDOM.

400 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE OR LEFTOVERS OF THE CHOCOLATE EASTER EGG
6 EGGS
16 GRAMS BAKING POWDER
1 TSP FINE SALT
450 GRAMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
330 GRAMS SUGAR
3 TBSP OF COFFEE IN GRANULES(NESCAFE’)
100 GRAMS CHOPPED NUTS
VANIGLIA FLAVORING(2 ML)

BUTTER + DARK CHOCOLATE(MELT BY USING A DOUBLE BOILER AND LET COOL)

EGGS + SUGAR + COFFEE GRANULES

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE + COFFEE MIXTURE(TO BE ADDED GRADUALLY)

SIFT FLOUR ,SALT AND BAKING POWDER

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE, COFFEE MIXTURE + SIFTED FLOUR + NUTS + VANILLA

PREHEAT OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES

BAKE IN A RETTANGULAR TIN AT 180°C/15 – 20 MINUTES
