Blackberry sauce and pancakes

I didn’t want to throw my defrosted blackberries so I thought “why not make a sauce to make my pancakes even more delicious?” And so….

I prepared the pancakes and prepared the blackberry sauce.

For the pancake recipe I used the recipe posted in my blog a few months ago.

For the pancakes:

500 GRAMS FLOUR
16 GRAMS BAKING POWDER, SIFTED
200 GRAMS SUGAR
2 EGGS
500 ML OF MILK
100 ML CORN OIL
A PINCH OF SALT
1⁄4 TEASPOON VANILLA FLAVORING

FLOUR +EGG + MILK +OIL + SALT. MIX WELL

ADD THE BAKING POWDER + VANILLA FLAVORING

Blackberry sauce:

Some blackberries + some sugar( more sugar, sweeter is the sauce)
I cooked this mixture for 20 minutes ( I removed the seeds from the berries using a sieve) + I continued cooking the sauce for another 20 minutes .
